2 pkgs. (4 serving size each) or 1 pkg. (8 serving size) Jello brand gelatin, orange flavor
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
3/4 c. orange juice
Orange slices, optional
Strawberry halves, optional
Mint leaves, optional

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Spoon in ice cream, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir in orange juice. Pour into 5 cup mold. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold. Garnish with orange slices, strawberry halves and mint leaves, if desired.

Makes 10 servings: Preparation time: 15 minutes. Chill time: 4 hours.
