SAUCE FINISTE 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few grains (pinch) of red pepper
3/4 c. stewed tomatoes

Cook until well browned 3 tablespoons butter. Then stir in remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly. Delicious with blue fish, steak or hamburgers. Makes about one cup.
