2 c. Bisquick
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. milk
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans and chopped toasted pecans for topping
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
sweetened whipping cream (for topping)

Beat baking mix, bananas, milk, 1/4 cup pecans, oil and egg with wire whisk until blended. Pour batter and cook according to waffle iron instructions. Serve with whipped cream and toasted pecans. Real maple syrup is also delicious with these waffles.

Makes 10 servings.

Could be served as dessert.
