TUNA MACARONI HOTDISH 
5 (7 1/4 oz.) pkg. macaroni & cheese
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. onion salt
1 qt. milk
3 cans cream mushroom soup
3 cans tuna, in water
2 cans peas, drained
9 hard boiled eggs

Cook macaroni in salted water. In large kettle melt butter. Add flour and onion salt. Stir until blended. Then add 1 quart milk. Continue stirring until thickened. Add soup, tuna, peas and diced eggs. Stir in cheese packets from macaroni and cheese package. Mix with cooked, drained macaroni. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly. This recipe makes 6 quarts of hotdish.
