MACARONI RING HOTDISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 box ring macaroni
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream style corn
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Brown beef, onion, and green pepper; drain. Cook macaroni rings until tender; add all other ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Place in 9 x 13 greased pan. Cover top with crushed potato chips and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
