RICE PUDDING 
3 c. cooked rice
3 c. milk (dry)
1/2 c. sugar or 3/4 c. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients, except vanilla, in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened, 25 to 30 minutes, stirring often. Add vanilla. Pour into serving dish. Add pineapple chunks and raisins as desired. Serve hot or cold. Serves 6.
