POLYNESIAN CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1 can pineapple rings, no juice (optional)
1 fry chicken, cut up

Cook first 9 ingredients until thick. Dip chicken into the cooked marinade and place in baking dish. Baste every 15 minutes. Cook at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with pineapple rings and serve.
