2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. prepared instant coffee

Mix eggs, sugar, and oil. Mix remaining ingredients, leaving flour until last. Bake at 350°F.
