POTATO AND HAM CASSEROLE 
4 c. ham
4 c. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 c. American cheese
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Place ham in casserole; layer potatoes in top. Place cheese on top next then pour milk over top. Add salt and pepper last. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Great for leftover ham.
