BROWNIE PUDDING 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa, divided
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 3/4 c. boiling water
Peppermint, coffee or vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, baking powder and salt in bowl. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla extract until smooth; stir in chocolate chips. Spread in ungreased shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Sprinkle brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa on top. Place in oven; pour boiling water over top. Bake 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Serve with ice cream. Makes 6 servings.
