EASTER BREAD 
11 c. flour
10 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco plus 1 stick butter, melted
1 lg. fresh yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water
2 tsp. Anise extract
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Let rise twice. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. This makes 2 regular loaves, 1 tube and 1 round small pan.
