SALAMI-CORN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped salami
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. diced green pepper
12 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until mixture is set. Yield: 10 servings.
