1 (16 oz.) can drained peas
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 c. Longhorn cheese, cubed
3 sweet pickles, chopped
Salt and pepper
Lettuce
Thousand Island OR mayonnaise dressing

Combine all ingredients. Salt and pepper well. Dilute the salad dressing with milk and pour over salad. Toss. Chill.
