1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. Mazola oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 medium pie apples, sliced

Mix all ingredients except nuts and apples thoroughly. Add nuts and apples and mix lightly. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with more nuts.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F.
