CHICKEN MUSHROOM CASSEROLE | |
2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. paprika 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 lb. mushrooms 2 tbsp. flour 2/3 c. chicken broth 1 can golden mushroom soup 1/4 tsp. rosemary 1 cut-up chicken Brown 4 to 6 tablespoons butter. Add next 4 ingredients and continue to brown. Slice the mushrooms. Add and brown. Sprinkle in the flour and add 2/3 cup chicken broth. Then add can of golden mushroom soup and the rosemary. Cook for a few minutes to flavor. Pour over chicken pieces. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. |
