DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard cooked eggs
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Peel eggs carefully. Cut in half lengthwise with knife. Remove yolks carefully and put in mixing bowl. Set whites aside. Mash yolks thoroughly with fork. Measure and add salt, dry mustard, vinegar, and mayonnaise. Mix well, until fluffy and smooth. Use spoon to pile yolk mixture lightly in egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate. At serving time, arrange on a serving plate with pieces of green parsley among the eggs or on a bed of lettuce.
