HONEY HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (1 1/2 slices)
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. cooked ham, ground
1/2 lb. fresh pork, ground
1 egg
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves

In medium bowl, soak crumbs in milk. Add ham, pork, egg, 2 tablespoons honey, cinnamon, and cloves; mix well. Shape into loaf in shallow pan. Combine brown sugar, 2 tablespoons honey, and vinegar. Spoon 1/2 mixture over loaf.

Bake in moderate oven, basting 2 or 3 times with remaining honey mixture. Makes 6 servings.
