SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
Arrange in 9 inch pie shell 1 cup pecan halves.

COMBINE:

1 c. light corn syrup
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

ADD:

1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour

Blend in to egg mixture. Pour over the nuts in the pie shell. Let stand until the nuts rise so they will get a nice glaze during baking. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 45 minutes.
