PUMPKIN PUDDING 
1 c. cooked pumpkin
1 c. cold milk
3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Vary spices according to your taste.

Combine ingredients in a medium (1 quart) bowl. Beat while pudding thickens. Pour into serving dishes. Chill at least 15 minutes. Can serve with whipped cream topping.
