PUMPKIN PUDDING 
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. evaporated milk
3 eggs

Mix all together and place in greased 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. 1/2 pkg. spice cake mix (Duncan Hines) 1 c. nuts

Cut butter into cake mix (as for pie crust); add nuts. Spread over top of pumpkin. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. Top with spoonful of Cool Whip. Serves 15-18.
