THE BEST EVER PORK CHOPS! 
4 pork chops (boneless or bone-in)
Bisquick baking mix (or all-purpose flour)
Italian dressing (Kraft)
Panko bread crumbs (Italian seasoned)

Put Bisquick or flour, Italian dressing and breadcrumbs in 3 separate bowls or breading trays.

Dip each chop into the flour/Bisquick then Italian dressing and finally bread crumbs.

Tip: It is best but not needed to refrigerate coated chops for a couple of hours.

COOKING:

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil (EVOO) in skillet.

Add chops to pan and cook til brown.

Flip and add a little more oil. Cook on medium-low til done, flipping when needed.

Serve with green beans or your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
