HONEY HAZELNUT SPREAD 
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. ground, roasted, skinned hazelnuts

Cream honey and butter, stir in hazelnuts. Makes 1 1/4 cups.

Roast hazelnuts in flat pan at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until skins blister and nuts are lightly colored. Cool slightly; rub between palms of hands or with clean towel to remove skins.
