SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach
1/2 can bean sprouts, drained
8 slices crisp bacon
2 hard-boiled eggs

DRESSING:

3/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. green onions

Mix dressing the night before and refrigerate. Clean spinach and add other ingredients. Pour dressing over spinach mixture.

Before the dressing is poured on the spinach, it looks like a huge salad. The dressing wilts the spinach so it makes less than it looks when you first start. (I used 4 packages of spinach Christmas Eve.)
