MOM MOM'S FUDGE 
2 sticks butter
4 1/2 c. sugar
13 oz. can evaporate milk
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. broken walnuts, not chopped

Over medium high heat in skillet, place butter, sugar, evaporated milk, and marshmallow creme. Stir continually until mixture melts and boils, continue stirring until reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and vanilla; beat with a mixer until well blended. Add walnuts, if you desire. Immediately pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and let cool completely. Cut and enjoy. Makes approximately 3 to 4 pounds of fudge.
