SUN BREAD 
2 c. yellow cornmeal
4 to 5 c. whole grain wheat
1 c. millet
1 c. chopped sunflower seeds
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1 tbsp. sugar
2 c. water
1/4 c. sesame oil
Salt

Stir all ingredients together until they are very well mixed. Form into 2 loaves, making certain that the dough is thick enough so the loaves won't fall apart when baking. Bake at about 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Those who prefer health food will find this filled with nutrition.
