WHEAT GERM ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. maple flavoring
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt (or less)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1 c. finely chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Grease and flour (2) 5 x 9 inch loaf pans. Preheat to 350 degrees. Beat together eggs, oil, sugars, flavoring and zucchini. Mix in flour, wheat germ, soda, salt, and baking powder. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into pans and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before turning out on wire rack.
