MOM'S CHEESE CAKE 
2 lbs. cream cheese or 1 lb. cream cheese & 1 lb. whipped cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 lb. melted butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon
4 eggs
Graham crackers

Have all ingredients at room temperature for 1 hour. Mix cheese and sour cream; add dry ingredients. Mix. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until creamy. Butter spring form pan well. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (top should be brown). Turn off heat, open oven door. Leave cake in oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven, cool completely. Refrigerate.
