CHAWAN MUSHI 
2 c. chicken broth
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms, cooked
1/4 c. chopped chicken, cooked
1/4 c. cooked rice
Salt, pepper, Accent to taste

Mix all ingredients and pour into custard cups. Cover cups with wax paper and fasten down with rubber bands. Steam until custard is set. Remove paper. Serves 4. Serve hot or cold.
