TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
12 corn tortillas
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 big can Ranch style beans
1 lb. cheese, grated
Chili powder, to taste (optional)
Garlic powder, to taste (optional)

Cook ground beef in skillet until brown. Drain off fat. Season with salt, chili powder and minced garlic to taste. Line a 9 x 13 1/2 x 2 inch greased casserole with tortillas (overlapping edges). Put a layer of meat and chopped onion. Spread the can of beans and a layer of cheese. Add another layer of tortillas. Mix soup and tomatoes together and spread over top. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Serves 8-10.
