TOMATO PRESERVES 
4 c. tomatoes
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. raspberry Jello

Cut up tomatoes into small pieces. Place tomatoes, Sure-Jell and lemon juice in pan. Bring to boil and boil hard 1 to 2 minutes. Add sugar and Jello. Bring to a boil and boil hard 4 minutes or until Jello and sugar are completely dissolved.
