CHICKEN AND DRESSING 
1 chicken breast or 1 chicken
1 (8 oz.) cornbread stuffing
1/2 stick butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. broth

Boil chicken, no salt. Bone chicken. Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Fix 1 layer of stuffing in large casserole dish, layer of chicken, 1 can undiluted soup, 1 cup broth; repeat layering. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
