1 lb. powdered sugar 2 sticks butter 1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter 1/2 to 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs Cut butter into powdered sugar in a large bowl until well blended. (To cut butter into sugar, use a pastry blender or two dinner knives.) Stir peanut butter into powdered sugar mixture with a wooden spoon. Blend well. Now add 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs. Blend well. Using clean hands, roll into one inch balls and place on a wax paper covered baking sheet. Chill. COATING: 18 oz. chocolate chips 1/2 inch cut from one slab of paraffin (about 1 tbsp.), melted Melt chocolate and paraffin in the top of a double boiler. Do not allow the water in the bottom pot to boil over and get into the chocolate. |
