KRAUT SALAD 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. or jar of kraut, drained
1 chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 chopped sweet red pepper or pimento

Mix together and pour over kraut mixture:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil

Refrigerate overnight - keeps a long time.
