SOUTH OF THE BORDER DIP 
2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix beans and taco seasoning. Spoon sour cream over top, sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
