PAN PIZZA 
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. flour
2/3 jar Ragu pizza sauce
Cheese or other toppings

1. Brush the bottom and sides of an electric skillet with cooking oil. Set skillet at 200 degrees.

2. In quick shake mixer. Mix milk, eggs and 1 cup flour. Batter may be slightly lumpy.

3. Pour into skillet.

4. Pour on top pizza sauce.

5. Add your favorite toppings and cheese.

6. Turn skillet to 325 degrees. Cover and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

7. Let stand 5 minutes and cut.
