CHEESE BALL 
2 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 sections bleu cheese, soften
1/2 onion, cut fine
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt and pepper
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 c. chopped pecans
Parsley flakes (save for garnish)

Mix together. Chill. Form into a ball. Roll in parsley flakes. Wrap in Saran Wrap. Serve on crackers.
