WON-TONS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. bean sprouts, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tsp. salt or seasonal salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)
1 or 2 pkgs. won-ton skin
Oil to deep fry

Brown ground beef. Chop all the vegetables. Drain the oil from ground beef. Add all the chopped vegetables to the ground beef. Mix. Place 1 teaspoon of meat mixture in center of skin and fold over to form a triangle. Moisten edges of won-ton skin with water (use your finger-tip) and seal. Press a fork around the edges and poke the center (to let the air out so it will not come apart when deep frying). Deep fry until golden brown. 75-100 won-tons.
