YANKEE DOODLE SALAD 
1 box shell or rainbow macaroni
1 lg. or 2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 med. onion, minced
1 lg. cucumber, minced
4 slices, thin sliced ham, shredded
Sliced black olives, to taste
1 bottle Italian dressing (can use low calorie)
1 sm. green pepper, chopped (opt.)

Cook macaroni as directed on box. Drain and cool well. Mix together with vegetables. Pour in Italian dressing to taste and mix well. Chill. You may want to add more dressing and mix again before serving.
