WORKING GAL'S CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. instant onion
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Mix in 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and let stand several hours or overnight. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover to brown at end of baking time for 15 minutes.
