1/2 stick butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
4 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 c. milk chips (or two 8 oz. Hershey bars)
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tbsp. vanilla
160 (1 1/4 c.) mini marshmallows

Mix first three ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes exactly. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients in a big bowl and stir until chocolate and marshmallows are melted. Pour into "Pammed" sheet cake pan. Let set 1 to 2 hours. Makes 5 pounds.
