1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 cans strawberry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. slivered almonds
2 c. milk

Bake cake mix according to directions in 13x9 inch cake pan. Mix together vanilla pudding, 2 cups milk, then add cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Pour on top of cake. Then pour strawberry pie filling on top of pudding. Then add Cool Whip on top of strawberries, then add the nuts on top.
