FROSTED CARROT DROPS 
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter, soft
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

FROSTING:

1 c. Ready to Spread Vanilla Frosting
1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg; beat well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Blend well. Stir in carrots, nuts and raisins.

Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until edges are light brown. Remove from cookie sheets and cool completely.

Combine frosting and orange peel; mix well. Frost cooled cookies.
