ITALIAN BEEF 
1-5-8 lb. roast beef
Salt and pepper to taste
3 c. water
3 bouillon cubes
1 tsp. marjoran, thyme-oregano
Few drops Tabasco sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Put all ingredients together and cook at 350 degrees (40 minutes per pound). Marinate overnight. Slice meat while cold in thin slices. Reheat in same sauce and serve on Italian bread.
