LOW FAT CHILI MAC | |
1 lb. ground turkey 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 can (28 oz.) no salt added tomatoes 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) kidney beans 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni 2-3 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. cumin 1. Crumble turkey in casserole pan. Add onion, garlic and celery. 2. Microwave (high) uncovered 5-6 minutes until turkey is done. Stir. Stir in other ingredients. Cover with lid. 3. Microwave (high) 8-9 minutes. Then microwave (low) 10-12 minutes or until flavors blend and macaroni is tender. Serve in soup bowls. Freeze great. |
