LOW FAT CHILI 
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 lg. onion, diced
5 cloves garlic
1 lg. chopped bell pepper
1/2 chopped red bell pepper

Saute; add small can tomato sauce, 1 small can enchilada sauce, 2 cans drained kidney beans, 3 cans drained pinto beans and 2 or 3 tablespoons chili powder and a dash of cumin. Serve with tortillas and grated cheese and sour cream if desired.
