SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 oz. pkg. frozen English peas
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, spread on top
2 tbsp. sugar
4 to 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 strips bacon, fried and crumbled

Mix all into a bowl. Then refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
