CHICAGO STYLE PIZZA | |
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck Chopped onion 6 oz. can tomato paste 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 c. shredded mozzarella 1 can (10) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits 1 (2 oz.) can mushroom pieces 1 sliced tomato Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie pan. Brown meat with onions; drain. Stir in tomato paste, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Simmer. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Arrange and press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Spoon hot meat mixture into crust. Place mushrooms over meat. Arrange tomato slices over pie. Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes uncovered. Cool 5 minutes before cutting. |
