MAGIC FRUITCAKE 
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple, optional
1 lb. pitted dates
1 lb. shelled pecans (4 c.)
1 pkg. dry coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk (I use Eagle Brand)

Cut fruits and nuts into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together and press down into loaf pan which has been greased with waxed paper. (Will make 2 small loaves or 1 large.) Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour.

Note: Be sure and remove waxed paper immediately when it comes from the oven or it will stick. If a corner of the cake breaks when you do this, just moisten hand with cold water and press back in place. Wrap in aluminum foil and it will keep fresh. Is a good cake to ship to Korea as it keeps so well. Good Luck!
