SHRIMP STUFFED POTATOES 
6 med. baking potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. minced onion
3/4 c. milk
1 c. sm. boiled shrimp

Bake potatoes until done, cut potatoes lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving enough to keep potato shape. Combine pulp, butter, cheese, salt, onion and milk. Whip with mixer until smooth. Fold in shrimp. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake 15-20 minutes.
