CHOCOLATE NUT SAUCE 
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. pecan pieces
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. Hershey cocoa
Dash of salt
1/2 c. half & half
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in small saucepan, over low heat. Saute pecan pieces in butter about 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, cocoa, and salt. Add cream and blend well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let set for a few minutes. Serve warm over ice cream.
